Banking jobs in India hire personnel at two levels e.g. clerks, and managers. A clerk does maintain the account books, documents, and attends to customers at the counter. On the other hand, a manager's duty is to organize, control, and supervise banking activities; he could hold overall charge of one or more departments or branches.
